Introduction:
God is good, and the wonders of His creation declares it. When I say the wonders of His handwork, I mean that everything God created has levels and differences. There are different varieties of the same thing, from birds to sea animals, human beings and plants.
Even in men, you have differences of colour, height, hair and other visible features. God is simply great and His doings with man is good in all circumstances. He is the God who forgives your sins and wrongdoings, heals when you are sick, protects and delivers you from evil. He is the God that gives you the power to get wealth and connects you to men who will make it happen.
He cares for you and answers the prayers of those who trust in Him. God does not forget your labour of love in His Vineyard, from the smallest person to the Bishop, God remembers everyone's contribution. Some people may consider cleaning the church toilet as demeaning for them, but God rewards the boy or girl who does that dirty job with joy in his/her heart.
Those who spend their money in making phone calls to 'Visitors to the church, others visiting new members to encourage and strengthen them, evryone will surely be rewarded by God accordingly. What about those vibrant for souls and who spend their time witnessing Christ and inviting people to church, none will loose their reward.
The same goes to brethren who sponsor church mission outreaches, and those who participate in these evangelistic activities, God remembers all, and woulf at the appropriate time for each person, God will visit them one by one.
When you consider how God trains us in His Word and His doctrines for holy living you will agree that God knows the end from the beginning, and nothing can be hidden from Him. He knows that zeal is not enough, knowledge and maturity will help the young believer to stand off satanic temptations and enticements. He allows us to pass through the valley of the shadow of death, so we will encounter His grace first-hand.
He is truly an all-knowing and eternal God - Psalms 90:2. When you look at His provisions to make man comfortable, the fruits, vegetables and plants created and planted by God to help men live a comfortable life, you can only wonder in amazement.
God is kind, He gave us the freedom to choose what is good for us. He knows His plan for everyone He created, and that plan is for good, but the volition to choose, He did not restrict from us. We have the freedom to choose what is good for us. That's why Moses told the Israelites to choose to live. the options of God remain the same. If you choose to obey your God and harken to His commandments, you shall live. But if you choose to disregard God and go after your own folly, death is already knocking at your door.
He is interested in what is happening to us and provides for us, guiding our thoughts and actions. The Lord generally watches over us. The Bible says His goodness and mercies endure forever. That means that till Christ returns, God will continually be merciful to man, who is like a flower to Him.
The Almighty keep both His general and specific mercies toward us. The promises made in the Bible and those specific promises He made to individuals are all kept by God. To the living, God's faithfulness starts when he wakes up from sleep and discovers he is alive in the land of the living. That is a proof of His love and faithfulness.
It means that you can continue the good things you are doing. For people who have not known Him, it's another opportunity to return to God and confess your sins. In Psalms 92:1-2, the bible says it is a good thing to give thanks to the Lord and to sing praises unto His name, for the Lord showeth His loving kindness in the morning and His faithfulness every night.
Here are some undeniable facts that the Lord is good.
His gifts are Eternal: The gifts of God are without repentance, whatever gifts God deem fit to endow a person stays with him forever. If you are a talented Musician, even in your old age, your voice will still be glowing. God gives people talent and special gifts to enable them to fulfil God's purpose for their creation.
Imagine if the gifts were to be paid for or acquired through the school system, many of those gifted today will not be so talented. Imagine for one minute that the gifts were temporal in nature and imagine the chaos man will have to deal with.
Each person is created unique: God manifested His goodness in our lives by creating each person differently. From your DNA to your likes and tastes, everyone is created unique. Two children from the same parent do not have the same destiny and way of life. Nxt to being different, God deals with us individually.
God's Word is settled: The word of God, which is God Himself is settled in heaven. They do not vary with time and season. Has the Lord spoken anything, it will surely come to pass. As a matter of fact, every other thing can change, heaven and earth can pass away, but no iota of God's word would change. That is because God is unchanging, He is the same yesterday, today and forever. This is the assurance human beings made in God's image need to be assured that God cannot change.
An unchangeable God, an eternal and everlasting God is worthy of our trust and worship.
His Love is Awesome: God loves the world so much that He sends His Son, Jesus to come and rescue us from the darkness of this world. He cares for everything that is happening to us and whatever troubles us concerns Him.
God cares: He is the heavenly Father you can take any matter to, no matter how insignificant it may be, He is interested in everything happening to us. He wants to know the challenges we are facing in life. To those who are living right, God's ears are continually open to their cry for mercy and help and God satisfies them.
He sent us the Holy Spirit: His love and care know no bounds for those who have received His Son as Lord and Saviour. He sent us another Comforter that will play the role of Christ in their lives, a Teacher of Righteousness, and guidance and one that will reveal secrets to us as we journey this wicked world.
The gift of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Christ is one of the most important gifts God gave us. Also, the role of the Holy Spirit in our lives was specified and broad to reform us make us conformable to the will of God and seal us unto the coming of the Lord.
It is an established fact that no one can love like God, whose love for man started before conception and stayed strong until the end of a man's life on earth. This agape love of God, which is without conditions must never be taken for granted. Let those who have not received the Lord as Lord and Saviour do the same today, so they can experience the love of God in a new dimension.
Friends, Jesus is coming soon. It is the loving-kindness of God that He has kept you alive till now. So, give Him praises and receive His Son, Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour of your life.
Today is the day of salvation, tomorrow may be late!

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ.
I believe Jesus died for my sins and rose again for my justification. I repent of my sins and ask for forgiveness. I ask Jesus to come into my heart and reign as my Lord and Saviour.
I receive Him by faith and I am born again.
