The outburst of wisdom in almost area means that there are easier methods of doing things and better ways of resting the body, which should result in a longer and better life for people.  Yet, sickness and disease have not been reduced.  Quite frankly, there has been an increase in the rate of disease outbreaks.

 

Sickness is almost inevitable, but it should not terminate the lives of children of God in their prime.  The Almighty God has ordained that we should live in good health and have a sound mind.  That will of God can be easily terminated by sickness if the sick person does not take steps to remedy his health conditions.

 

As a provision for healing and deliverance, our Lord Jesus Christ went to the cross and paid the price for our healing, that we may be sick, but not die untimely.  The scriptures assured us that healing is the will of God for all that believe and the Jesus Christ is the provision for that healing, thereby leaving the sick to exercise their faith in Christ and receive his healing.

Prayer is a strong weapon against sickness and disease, works of Satan which the Son of man came to destroy - 1 John 3:8.  When we ask God to bind Satan and render him powerless.
