HOW TO DEFEAT HOUSEHOLD ENEMIES

The problem of household enemies is very technical and deep.  

House enemies are close relatives working against a person, physically and spiritually.  It started in the Bible, in Genesis 4:8, when Cain killed his brother, Abel, because of envy.  Both men offered sacrifices unto the Lord, but  God accepted the sacrifice of Abel and rejected that of Cain.  Cain rose against his brother and killed him for offering a better sacrifice unto God.

Joseph also was sold into slavery by his brethren for daring to dream about a better future.  He told his brethren and they hated him for his dreams and his words, and they were offended.

 

That is always the case with household enemies.  They move against a relative with so much hatred that only the force of God can stop.  Cain was warned by God, yet, he could not recover from the anger and bitterness he had for Abel.

They are not people far from you, NO!  They are not your friends, NO!,  They are your own blood relations, that eat with you from the same pot, and people that know your life history, visions and plans. 

 

They are very friendly in the physical, but deadly in the spirit. It takes a lot of wisdom and spiritual prowess to handle household enemies.  Don't confront them if you don’t have Christ living in you and without the fire of God, burning in you. 

They are the agent of darkness assigned to your family to execute the plans of the devil.  They are not your mates… They put ignorant people in bondage.  They are heartless, and without conscience that pricks them.  They have the cooperation of other members of the family who are in darkness, so they do not work alone.

 

They are stubborn and unrepentant.  

As long as they live, they will continue to swear against their target, doing everything possible in the spirit to bring such a person down.  They are the power behind many failures people experience in careers and businesses.

 

Household enemies are not people you can plead with.  That is why you must live holy and prayerful.  They may be your relatives in the physical, but in the spirit, there is no brother, sister, mother or father, especially when you are not ond of them in darkness.  They look at that person as an enemy.  It is worse if you are a praying Christian!

 

More than anything else, you must be close to the Holy Spirit.  If there is any skill a Believer must learn and master, it is how to be close to the Holy Spirit.  Do you know why?  It is the instructions and revelations of the Holy Spirit that give us victory over the enemy.

 

No one can defeat the devil without the help of the Holy Spirit.  Whoever the devil is using to hinder you is an enemy that should be defeated in the spirit.  If you refuse to pray and destroy their arrows and attacks, you will pay dearly for it.

They value the assignment the devil gave them over every other consideration.  So you are on your own, if you refuse to pray and fight for your life and dreams.  I prayed for a sister many years ago and the Lord revealed that her senior brother was responsible for her sickness.  After the prayer, the demon left and she became better.

That same night, the brother came to me in the dream to ask why I should pray for his sisters recovery.  I told him he does not have the right to afflict her and he said to me "I will give her money again" and the sickness will return to her.

Meanwhile this guy is the person buying drugs and food for the sick lady.  According to her,  Ken is her best brother, so caring and kind.  So it was difficult to convince her say some prayers.  It was not longer after I returned from the village they told me she has passed on - Household enemies!

The character of Household Enemies:

Household enemies are People so close to you, that you will hardly believe they are the ones behind your problems. They live with you and around you, monitor every move you make.  As Joseph confided in his brethren, so many people confide in their relatives, without suspecting any danger.  

Meanwhile, these people are angry with the good news.  They are deadly to pulling down the destinies of their relatives.  The question is "How do you identify them"?  How does a person identify a household enemy, also called strongman / woman assigned?    

They are bold and confident and watches over his victim, whether its a relative or not.  They will always manipulate their target into a secret sin, to keep them in bondage and be able to spiritually afflict them.  

So when you notice you are drawn to drinking alcohol, telling lies, stealing, watching porno when you are married etc, be careful.  It may be an indication of a strongman or woman attacking you.

1. Secrecy is their stock in trade.  You can live with a witch for 10 years without discovering she is a witch.  They will not allow you to know who they are in the spirit, except if you're prayerful. 

2.They like to help:  Household enemies are very subtle and friendly in the face, but ruthless in the spirit.  When you discuss matters of money with them, they will agree to help you, without too much persuasion, but when they give you that money for business, it may turn out to be money they have dedicated in their coven.

3. They want to know what you're doing: Another way household enemies can be detected is by close observation of their behaviour.  Many of them can be secretive in nature.  They will want to hear and know everything about you, but will never tell you anything about themselves.  Each time they see you, they want to know how things are going with you, as though they care when they don't.

4. Enquire about a particular issue always:  They are consistent in asking how you address a particular problem in your life, as though they will offer you any suggestions.  But, in the end, they will not give you any suggestions. If you watch their countenance, you will discover their indifference.

 

5. They live with you or very close:  The devil knows that if he can plant an enemy for you in your own family, under your roof, whom you can never suspect, who knows your dreams, plans and movement, then it will be easy to bring such a person down.

 

Why you should Identify them:

You must identify the strongman troubling you if you want to overcome him. It is when you have identified him or her that you will know how to approach the spiritual battle.

When you have identified the strongman, you have to bind him and destroy his evil works against your life.  The bible says no one can enter a strongman’s house and plunder his goods unless he first binds him. 

If he/she is living with you in the same house, you need wisdom, in addition to prayers to deal with the situation.  You should also determine when the attacks started and the purpose of the attacks on your finances and sometimes life.

My personal advice here is that if she is your house maid the devil is using to frustrate you, send her away.  If she/he is your staff, let them go.  But, know they are never alone.  They easily connect to any other person near you that is in darkness (Witchcraft).  So, when you send the agent away, pray the right prayers that will scartter any networks formed against you.

Your failure to pray and take positive steps will surely result in bondage, affliction and even death. Every Believer must remain prayerful and vigilant, draw closer to the Holy Spirit and do everything you can to please God, so He will fight your battles for you.

Steps to defeating them:

 

1. You must be born again child of God.

 

2. Get baptized and receive the fire of the Holy Ghst.

 

3. Study the Word of God and meditate on it and obey what it says.

 

4. Be close to the Holy Ghost.

 

5. Live a holy and righteous life.

 

6. Fast and pray continually.

 

7. Be confident in God’s divine presence and protection

 

8. Praise the LORD daily, again I say Praise the LORD.

PRAYER POINTS:

1. O'Lord, open my eyes to see what is happening around me in Jesus name

2. Evil personality covering my glory, be exposed and disgraced in Jesus name.

3. Evil plans of household enemies against my life, backfire in Jesus name.

4. Alters of household enemies made to monitor my life  catch fire in Jesus name

5. Attacks of household enemies against my life, be frustrated and fail in Jesus name.

CONCLUSION

 

Friends, Jesus is coming soon.  It's the loving-kindness of God that He has kept you alive till now and given you time to hear the gospel. If you have not yet received Him as Lord and Saviour, I plead with you to do it now.  

Today is the day of salvation. Tomorrow could be too late. 

Say this simple prayer: 

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ.

I believe Jesus died for my sins and rose again for my justification. I repent of my sins and ask for forgiveness. I ask Jesus to come into my heart and reign as my Lord and Saviour.   

 

I receive Him by faith and I am born again.
