WHAT IS YOUR CHALLENGE?…Come and see that the LORD is good!

THE LORD SAVES AND DELIVERS!

Introduction

The invitation to come and see that the LORD is good is a call to discovering the faithfulness of the LORD, and His mercies that endured for His children forever, in all situations.

It is a call to reconcile with the creator for a better life here on earth and eternity in heaven.  This is the gospel of Jesus Christ and the purpose of His coming to earth.

To redeem men from darkness unto the light of God of heaven.  So, everyone that wants to enjoy his Christian walk will start his walk from the basics, getting to know the LORD, and accepting Him as LORD and Saviour.

Then the other pecuniary things of life will follow.  The LORD prospers, He blesses people, directs their footsteps to where they will get a job, receive favour and so on.  But that's not the first reason for coming to Jesus Christ.  The first major reason is to get saved, and transformed by His word unto a steadfast life of holiness.

Everyone living has a need and some problems to solve, but when you surrender all your worries, cares and problems unto Him, and trust Him who knows all things to resolve them, one after the other, you will witness the problems and issues resolved with time.

WHAT ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH?

I don’t know what problem you have been trying to solve for some time now, and where you may have gone to seek help, I know the one who can resolve all the problems of man.  His name is JESUS CHRIST.

He says you should come to Him, all you that have laboured and are heavy laden, and He will give you rest - Mathew 11:28.

Whatever the trouble may be, the LORD is your refuge in times of trouble. Are you struggling to get a job or receiving healing for a recurring sickness?.  His promises are sure, which cannot fall to the ground.

Are you praying to meet your soulmate, the man or woman to spend your life with, the LORD is able to do all things to those who believe and trust in Him.  He will listen to your story attentively and give you answer and solve your problem.

Even if it is a curse placed on you by a strongman or woman, a life-threatening sickness or marital problem, whatever the situation may be.

The way of the LORD is simple… You have to believe in Him.  You will have to  trust Him instead of your strength, or your doctor and friends, then your solution is very close.

His word has the power to bring what He promises to pass for you. His power to heal and set you free is in His word, so get acquainted with His Word and promises, then stand on those words in prayer for your breakthrough.

EXAMPLES FROM THE BIBLE

The woman with the issue of blood took a step of faith and touched the hem of His garment, warding off the crowd and instantly she was healed – Luke 8:43-48.

The friends of the sick man in Mark2:1-5 displayed extraordinary faith in the LORD by dropping off their friend through the roof to where JESUS CHRIST was teaching, and instantly the bed-ridden man was healed.

If you are already born-again, take your faith to the next level by believing what the Word says about your condition.  Customize the promises of God in the bible and pray the scriptures again to God.  Then deal righteously in all matters, praying and praising God daily.

PERSISTENT PROBLEMS

No problem is expected to stay with you for long.  But if it persists, it could be an indication that a curse is involved, or the problem is backed up by a covenant.  In either case, you will have to break the covenant and/or the curse before your success will manifest.

What will you do?  What steps will you take to get your freedom?

1. Study His Words and discover His goodness.

2. Meditate on His promises concerning your situation

3. Gather the scriptures together and pray with them.  Praying the word is a great step when you are handling a difficult problem.

PRAYING:

God's Word is filled with promises.  Many of the promises are conditional upon believing and trusting in the LORD and crying out to Him for help.

While it is important to memorize the words and pray with them, remember to live a life that pleases Him.  Trust in Him for whatever you desire, and keep desiring good for yourself and others, because, as long as you delight in Him, He will give you the desires of your heart - Psalms 37:4.

Then you pray.

1 John 1:9 -  If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.  This should be your first step to praying...Confess your sins and wrongdoings and ask for forgiveness.

Psalms 145:9 -  The LORD is good to all; he has compassion on all he has made. Ask the LORD to have compassion on you and help you.

Romans 8:28 -  And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Pray that what you are going through will work for your good according to His word.

Psalm 34:8 - Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.  Ask the LORD to show you His goodness, even as your trust and hope is in Him

James 1:17 -  Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.  Ask Him for the best of whatever you are praying for.  He will give you the desires of your heart.

John 3:16 -  For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Psalms 84:11 -  For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD bestows favour and honour; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.

Psalms 31:19 -  How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you, that you bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in you.  Ask Him to open His storehouse and release His abundance to you.

Jeremiah 29:11 -  For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.  Ask the LORD to make His plans clear to you and establish them in your life.

Isaiah 55:8-9 -  “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD.

Romans 12:2 - Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Exodus 33:19 -  And the LORD said, “I will cause all my goodness to pass in front of you, and I will proclaim my name, the LORD, in your presence. I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.

1 John 1:5 -  This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him, there is no darkness at all.

Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith, it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 -  Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Psalms 107:1 - Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever. Pray and give Him thanks for answering your prayers.

CONCLUSION:

LORD is waiting for you and He will calm that storm that is holding your life captive.  Receiving the Lord is the first step to your deliverance, because with Christ in your life, you are no longer at the mercy of Satan.

As you believe and trust in Him, the LORD will break every curse or satanic covenant that has held your life captive and give you victory in the battles of life and eternity in heaven. Glory to God!.

Friends, Jesus is coming soon.  If you have not yet received Him as Lord and Saviour, I plead with you to do it now.  Receiving Him means you can trust Him to help you.  It gives you access to Him directly and you can pray to God through Him and receive answers.

Say this simple prayer:

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ.

I believe that Jesus died for my sins and rose again for my justification. I repent of my sins and ask for forgiveness. I ask Jesus to come into my heart and reign as my Lord and Saviour.

I receive Him by faith and I am born again.
