HEALING IS FREE IN CHRIST
Every Christian knows that sickness is a stranger in your body, and the number of days it stay in your body is dependent on you. A stranger will go when the owner of the house commands, so it is with sickness. If you know your authority in Christ, the disease will hear your voice and flee.
You must not allow sickness in your body because the bible says the strangers shall hear your voice and flee from their hiding places, that is the truth of the authority of the Believer. Start exercising your authority on the unseen enemy and your sorrow will turn to joy.
You have what it takes to send the stranger packing from your body – The power is Jesus in you. I do not want you stand by the bed of anyone sick person and cry or sympathize with them. It may be your children, parents or friends, you should speak the word of faith in Jesus name and the sickness will obey.
There are two things you should never tolerate in your body; the first is Sin, because of its consequences – separation and death. The second is sickness. The consequences of ignoring sickness is pain and death. Jesus took away your sin and sickness on the cross, declare your freedom and stand on it. (Math 8:17 and Isaiah 53:4).
God says I am the Lord who heals you, so make sure your faith is settle in God as your only source of healing and He will heal you. He is the same forever, when you start praying, know that everyone that asks in faith receives.
No matter the name they call the sickness, your healing is in your hands. All you need to do is to open your mouth and pray in faith. There is healing power in the name of Jesus Christ and your willing God has assured you in His word that He will answer you.
Declare war on the sickness and take authority over its operations in your body in Jesus name. God has promised every believer life through His Son, Jesus Christ, so you will have to enforce your right over the devil, otherwise how will you fulfil your purpose in sickness? So speak directly against every stranger in your body.
Jesus conquered sin, Satan, death and for anyone sick, there is no other name through which divine healing can come to you except the name of Jesus Christ, for God gave Him a name above every other name, that at the mention of the name of Jesus Christ, every knee should bow of things in heaven and earth and things under the earth – Phil 2:9-10.
Heeling is a settled matter for you today. I want to encourage you to pray with these healing scriptures with faith in your heart and your healing will be evident. Even after receiving your healing, your faith must be in the word, not evidence of wellness.
This means that you must be interested in the word, study it to know your Healer and all that He promised you in the bible. The word will help you maintain your healing, especially when the devil replays back the pain you felt before the healing and you are confused.
Your faith in the finished healing must be strong that you can shout it to his hearing that 'you are healed by His stripes and the pain cannot return. Below are some healing scriptures for you to pray with when you are sick and in pains.
1. Jeremiah 17:14 - Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise.
2. Isaiah 41:10 - Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
3. 1 Peter 2:24 - He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.
4. Isaiah 53:5 - But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his stripes we are healed.
5. James 5:15 - And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
6. Psalm 6:2 - Be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am languishing; heal me, O Lord, for my bones are troubled.
7. Deuteronomy 7:15 - And the Lord will take away from you all sickness, and none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which you knew, will he inflict on you, but he will lay them on all who hate you.
8. Psalm 107:20 - He sent out his word and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction.
9. Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
10. Isaiah 54:17 - No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall confute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their vindication from me, declares the Lord.”
11. 2 Chronicles 7:14 - If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
12. John 10:10 - The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. Sickness is a thief
13. Psalm 41:4 - As for me, I said, “O Lord, be gracious to me; heal me, for I have sinned against you!”
14. Isaiah 57:18 - I have seen his ways, but I will heal him; I will lead him and restore comfort to him and his mourners,
15. 2 Corinthians 5:7 says: For we walk by faith, not by sight.
16. Mark 5:34 - And he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace, and be healed of your disease.”
17. Luke 8:48 - And he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace.”
18. Matthew 17:20 - He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.”
19. Isaiah 53:4-5 - Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his stripes we are healed.
20. Proverbs 3:7-8 - Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones.
21. Psalm 107:19-20 - Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. He sent out his word and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction.
CONCLUSION
