Regular exercising is highly recommended for an average person, and so what are you then going to recommend to someone who is already fat and bulky?.  

You would be tempted to recommend a combination of:
1. Regular exercises
2. Reduction of food intakes, especially sweet things
3. Abstaining from junk foods
4. Regular fasting!
