Walmart operate through a subsidiary - Massmart that operates more than 400 stores in South Africa and 12 other sub-Saharan countries. Massmart is the second-largest distributor of consumer goods in Africa, the leading retailer of general merchandise, liquor and home improvement equipment and supplies, and the leading wholesaler of basic foods.

The question is "Will this beautiful Walmart story be told in Nigeria"?

We have seen several foreign store brands succeeding in Nigeria and opening branches and as I reflect on this matter, I ask myself when will the Walmart banner be hosted in Nigeria? I hope very soon
