OBESITY:

Obesity is a great concern not merely because of the excess weight, but also because it makes you susceptible to a number of serious health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease etc.


SIMPLE REMEDIES FOR OBESITY

Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is useful in treating obesity because it stimulates the metabolism, increases energy consumption, and mobilizes unused fat in the body. It contains natural collagen proteins that make the body work harder in order to absorb the proteins.

Citrus Fruits
Citrus fruits are very effective in reducing weight. You can use lemon to control obesity effectively. Lemon juice is very effective to burn fats; even belly fats. Lemon juice not only reduces weight but is also very rich in Vitamin C which builds your immune system and protects your body from many diseases.

If you drink lemonade daily in empty stomach (in the morning when you get up) you can see amazing result in your weight. You can reduce weight in this way. Papaya and finger millet are excellent in controlling weight.

Vegetables
Vegetables rich in Vitamin C such as tomatoes, cabbage, spinach etc are very good to control weight. Vitamin C in them does not allow your body to absorb fats in your bloodstream. Cabbage obstructs sugar to get converted into fats thus you do not become obese.

Ginger
Ginger too is very effective in burning fats. Though you consume it in cooked vegetables, it is more effective if consumed raw. Ginger also works in reducing weight if you drink its tea or boil it in water and drink it mixing honey in it.



Water

Water is considered to be the most effective fluid to reduce weight. Water improves your immune system and eliminates toxins from your body. You can reduce weight naturally by drinking plenty of water everyday.

Exercises
Do some physical exercises such as walking, swimming, cycling, jogging etc. Only foods are not going to burn fats. You have to be physically active to get rid of obesity. Exercises not only control your weight but also keep you fit and protect you from many diseases. 



Honey and cinnamon Tea

Include honey and cinnamon tea in your diet to boost your metabolism, increase your energy, and detoxify your body. All of these effects support weight loss. Honey fights obesity by promoting fat metabolism. Cinnamon helps you avoid overeating by fighting insulin resistance.


CONCLUSION:

People who do sedentary jobs - jobs that do not demand much rigour or jobs that confine a person to the office from morning to night and people who are physically less active or who eat more than needed become overweight and obese.

For anyone with the tendency to get fat or big, you must help yourself by eating moderately and if possible fast more often with only water. 

If you are trying to manager it now, join in the fasting and keep a weekly days of dry and juice only fasting.  Don't pamper your body any longer if you want to succeed in fighting obesity.  Run away from sugar, cakes, ice creams snacks of all kind, while eating more of fruits.
